Key Responsibilities
  • Assist department managers in the hiring process to ensure the best candidates are selected for the organization.
  • Consult with department managers to resolve employee relations issues.

  • Manage the Solicitor's License process for the Indiana Sales team.

Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience running payroll.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach.
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

$22 - $25 per hour
