We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies.
- Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis, to inform treatment planning.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
