Outpatient Clinician

Job Summary:

Middle Flint Health and Wellness is seeking a skilled Outpatient Clinician to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, individual and group counseling, family counseling, and other treatment modalities within an evidence-based framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to clients with co-occurring disorders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans and goal setting.
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment in assessment, application of diagnostic criteria, clinical formulations, and sound triage decisions.
Comply with required productivity requirements and obtain job-related license within 2-2.5 years of employment.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a related field.
Valid, unrestricted Georgia driver's license.
Current licensure as a Masters level Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor by Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapist.
Two years of work experience in social services delivery, including experience providing individual and group services to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task.
Experience working in mental health and conducting groups.
CPR/First-aid/AED certification.
Keyboard proficiency with basic computer and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a drug-free workplace environment.
Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
