This position necessitates autonomous decision-making, minimal oversight, and the capacity to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical personnel.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
Formulate comprehensive plans for each phase of the project, taking into account business impacts and ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.

Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate resources, including technical personnel and other essential assets, to fulfill project demands and timelines.

Leadership of Technical Teams:
Direct and mentor the efforts of technical staff, ensuring clarity in their responsibilities and the project's objectives.

Oversight:
Execute independent analysis and complex tasks with minimal guidance, while potentially overseeing the work of others.

Business and Technical Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and comprehension of project requirements and progress.


Monitoring Progress:
Continuously track project advancement to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.

Problem Solving:
Investigate and address any issues that arise, collaborating with other functional support teams and external personnel as needed.

Development of IT Program Plans:
Create thorough program plans to meet project needs and requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all project aspects.

Budget Requests:
Prepare requests for capital and operational budgets, ensuring alignment with project necessities and limitations.

Management of Subcontractors:
Supervise the activities of subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and standards.

Engagement with External Personnel:
Collaborate with outside personnel as necessary to fulfill project requirements.

Team Organization:
Organize and direct the efforts of multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Issue and Complaint Management:
Address complaints and resolve issues related to project requirements.

Qualifications:
Required

Master's degree.

Commercial (Baseline)

Certifications:
PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Security Clearance:
Secret Clearance.

Preferred

Experience in the Federal Consulting Sector is preferred.
