Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and quality care.
  • Provide accurate and detailed documentation, both clinically and demographically, to support patient care and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest medical protocols and procedures.
  • Operate company vehicles safely, demonstrating a deep understanding of driving procedures and response tactics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; EMT-B license and CPR certification a must.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet fitness for duty requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Bell Ambulance offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary, ranging from $56,784 to $81,173 per year.
