Job Summary

Bell Ambulance is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality emergency and non-emergency medical care and transportation to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and treatment modalities
  • Establish strong relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare community
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and quality care
  • Document patient information accurately and completely
  • Perform routine station and squad maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Participate in the pit stop process to ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available
  • Obtain and maintain required licensures and training
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current/valid State of Wisconsin EMT-B license
  • Current/valid American Heart Association CPR card or similar certification
  • Current/valid driver's license
  • NREMT license desirable but not required

  • Ability to work effectively in individual and team environments, even in high-stress situations
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 125 pounds safely
  • Meet fitness for duty requirements set forth by Bell Ambulance policies
