Key Responsibilities:- Apply mechanical engineering principles to design and develop automated machines and processes for medical device manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct experiments to determine optimal equipment parameters and evaluate machine feasibility.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and engineering reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with designing and upgrading automated equipment, working in a team environment, and managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of machining and assembly tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Experience with CAD software, such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, or Pro/ENGINEER.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum one year of experience designing and testing electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Experience designing industrial or manufacturing automated systems.
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS, Product Data Management (PDM), Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
