Job Summary

The Driver Non-CDL at Heartland Coca-Cola is responsible for driving and delivering pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on specified routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers products to customers on assigned routes, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards.
  • Picks up company property from customer locations and collects returns.
  • Utilizes computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
  • Provides excellent customer service and meets customer expectations through communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including DOT regulations.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
  • Constantly interacts with customers.
  • Constantly observes near and far, reads documents.
  • Frequently uses electronic devices for day-to-day business.
  • Frequent travel throughout customer locations.
  • Frequently lifts 50 lbs. or less.
  • Frequent use of manual carts.
  • Frequent entering and exiting the cab of a truck.
  • Constant travel between customer locations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience.
  • Local delivery experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Class E license in Missouri and Class C license in Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas.
  • Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
  • Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred.
