Job Summary

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of delivery drivers and ensuring the efficient distribution of goods. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Coordinate and evaluate distribution activities to optimize routes and reduce downtime
Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure drivers are following safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations

Requirements

1 year of management/supervisory experience
3 years of delivery/distribution experience
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
Valid CDL and driver's license preferred
