We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Customer Service: Role model established customer experience practices, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Teamwork: Support and embody a positive store culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Adaptability: Cross-train in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business, including the front end, sales floor, and backroom.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment, with physical stamina to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
