Job Summary

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. As an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of financial management, including accounts payable and receivable systems, financial statement preparation and analysis, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis
  • Work closely with rental branches and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Assist accounting managers with reports and other financial tasks
  • Involved in accounts payable and receivable functions, cash receipts, and petty cash management
  • Assist in accounting schedules and filing
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be enrolled full-time in a college or university in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
