About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Good Samaritan Hospital NCA. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiation Oncology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer radiation treatments to patients using various equipment, including Varian iX, BRAVOS HDR, and GE Lightspeed CT
  • Collaborate with physicists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
  • Conduct CT simulations and other diagnostic procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest radiation therapy techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • ARRT certification and California State license
  • Experience with radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Varian iX and BRAVOS HDR equipment
  • Knowledge of radiation therapy treatment planning systems
  • Skills in data collection and analysis
