We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented individual to become a part of our hospitality team as a Host/Hostess. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Address any special requests or needs of guests
  • Effectively manage the waitlist during peak hours
  • Support servers with various tasks as required
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized
  • Handle phone inquiries in a courteous manner

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain active and on your feet during shifts
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
  • Possession of a valid Food Handlers Card
