Job Title: Therapist/Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Therapist/Counselor to join our team at Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of adolescent mental health, and the ability to work with a diverse population.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned clients
  • Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge
  • Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality client care
  • Develop and implement written treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
  • Monitor clients' progress and facilitate treatment and interventions as needed
  • Document clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress charting in a timely manner
  • Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities to ensure optimal levels of care and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • Active mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of adolescent mental health
  • Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Client service orientation and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
