Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team and support the continued success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily customer invoices
  • Enter and audit inventory adjustments from cycle counts and manage the process
  • AP/AR, billing, filing
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience using ERP software (e.g. Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)
