  • Customer Engagement: Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery, to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Present and demonstrate our inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Inventory Management: Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels and optimal sales performance.
  • Market Share Growth: Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with dealership goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by the Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements to remain a subject matter expert in the automotive industry.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
