Radiologic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures, providing patient care, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine radiographic procedures and views according to departmental procedure manuals
- Assist with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including surgical and portable examinations
- Conduct visual checks on equipment and report findings to appropriate personnel
- Prepare and maintain rooms, ensuring emergency supplies are intact
- Participate in patient education and preparation, adhering to age-specific guidelines
- Identify and communicate problems to immediate supervisors, offering solutions as needed
- Assist in the orientation of department and hospital personnel, as required
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- NJ Radiology license
- ARRT Certification
- BLS through the American Heart Association
