Position Overview

Role Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining client records, managing data entry into our database, and processing premium payments. This role also involves overseeing our online presence, including our website and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize client files.
  • Enter data accurately into the database.
  • Process premium payments efficiently.
  • Prepare invoices and manage the Premium Trust Checking account.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various media outlets.
  • Oversee office supplies and the postage machine.
  • Utilize all office equipment proficiently.

Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. We seek a collaborative individual who can work harmoniously with both clients and staff.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage is available after three months of employment. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
