Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating x-ray and auxiliary equipment, processing images, and maintaining required documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for exams, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the procedure.
  • Operate x-ray equipment, positioning patients for radiographs, and arranging immobilization devices as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions during procedures, recognizing and reporting any abnormalities to the Radiologist.
  • Process and maintain exposed images, labeling film for identification and maintaining required records.
  • Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration.
  • Minimum of one year experience performing radiologic exams.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association.
