Home Health Aid Specialist

Overview of the Position
This role involves providing in-home healthcare services to individuals who require support with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aid, you will work closely with patients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive high-quality care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, performing light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1+ year of experience providing home healthcare services or a related field
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Current TB test results within the past 12 months
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
