We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Development Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and is familiar with the local business climate. You will work closely with our seasoned application consultant team to assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos.
Award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions consistently outperform competitors' products. Our SaaS solution provides a scalable and secure platform for growing companies.
You will have confidence in the performance of the solutions you sell and also in the quality of service your customers will receive, ensuring your accounts will be satisfied with their decision to go with UKG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology, and capabilities to solve customer challenges
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
- Travel Requirement: 30-40%
