Job Title: Field Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure DISH services, including satellite TV and internet, in customers' homes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns customers may have.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
