Job Overview:
Aisin World Corp. of America is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Northville, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for reducing warranty claims by leading activities with AISIN manufacturing, design, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support warranty claim reduction through joint activities with AISIN teams.
• Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends and report findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly warranty review meetings with AISIN NA plants and engineering teams.
• Create customer warranty cost share packages using the respective customer-defined process.
• Investigate No Trouble Found (NTF) issues and provide periodic warranty reports to Quality management.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality/Warranty Engineer Role.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with customers and overseas AISIN facilities.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving capability.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
