*** This role will involve supporting two locations with a schedule of 3 days a week at one site and 2 days at another, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM ***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of back-office tasks to assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality services, including administering injections, performing diagnostic tests, conducting phlebotomy, and executing quality assessments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to established quality control protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or Military Medic Certification
  • Current CPR and/or BLS certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
  • Familiarity with E-Clinical Works (ECW)
