*** This role will provide support across multiple locations, working 3 days a week at one site and 2 days at another, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. ***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of back-office tasks to assist healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care, including administering injections, performing diagnostic tests, conducting phlebotomy, and managing quality surveys among other procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to established quality control standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or Military Medic Certification.
  • Current CPR and/or BLS certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Familiarity with E-Clinical Works (ECW).
