Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing service calls, installations, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field service, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC mechanical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including daily time reporting, service reports, and material check-out/in.
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating workload, including scheduling and prioritizing labor and materials.
  • Support company sales efforts by assisting in defining scope of labor, materials, and equipment for repairs or replacements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, product/equipment representatives, and other third-party vendors.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of documentable mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • Product/process knowledge in areas such as air handlers, chillers, rooftops, heat pumps, cooling towers, mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Universal Refrigerant Certification and other industry-specific certifications and licenses.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
