We are working with a leading probate, estates, and trusts litigation firm to find an experienced attorney to lead its Los Angeles office. The firm is expanding nationally and is looking for a candidate with significant first-chair trial experience and a proven track record of successfully leading a team of attorneys in a Big Law practice, national mid-sized firm, or boutique probate, estates, and trusts litigation shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Los Angeles office as Managing Partner
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the probate, estates, and trusts litigation practice
  • Recruit and manage a team of attorneys to support the practice
  • Develop and maintain a strong book of business, with a goal of $1,000,000 in revenue
  • Collaborate with the firm's national leadership team to drive growth and strategy

Requirements

  • Significant first-chair trial experience in probate, estates, and trusts litigation
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team of attorneys
  • Extensive experience in a Big Law practice, national mid-sized firm, or boutique probate, estates, and trusts litigation shop
  • Graduate of a top-tier law school
  • Compelling writing and communication skills
