About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Continuum Hospice. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals in need. Your empathetic nature and commitment to delivering exceptional care will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, and changing bedding
- Emphasize exceptional customer service, providing outstanding care and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to agency and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state of employment
- Minimum one year of experience as a CNA in an acute care or long-term care setting
- CPR certification (if state-mandated)
