Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical disabilities and injuries, with the goal of restoring their functional abilities and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Background and drug screen.
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit.
