Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on physical therapy techniques and exercises
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Physical Therapy license or pending
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility care preferred
  • Rehab Optima experience a plus
