Anesthesia Program Manager

About the RoleThe Anesthesia Coordinator role is a key position in our operations, providing management services to the Anesthesia program. The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite practice management, daily oversight of administrative responsibility, and building strong relationships with the site team and multiple hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and managing the Anesthesia team schedule with proactive 3-6-month planning and labor/staffing mix awareness
- Coordinating onsite physician/CRNA interviews with hospital leadership and following up on hiring recommendations
- Overseeing coordination of physician/CRNA orientation and facilitating all onboarding requirements
- Serving as a liaison between Sound and Hospital Medical Staff Office, ensuring credentialing and provider enrollment packets are complete
- Providing administrative support to the Program Medical Director, including schedule and special projects
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Technology competency with electronic software needed for role (i.e., Sound Connect, EMR)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook)
- 1-2 years' experience in Healthcare customer service or Medical Office staff, Medical Group Management, or Hospital setting
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $65,000
