Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Residency Training Program in Psychiatry with a focus on innovative medical education
- Develop and implement rigorous and supportive training programs aimed at high-quality, evidence-based medicine
- Emphasize clinical excellence, diversity of experiences, and viewpoints
- Prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the program
- Prepare residents for leadership positions in education programs and health systems
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- Eligibility for a license as a physician in the state of North Carolina
