Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Residency Training Program in Psychiatry with a focus on innovative medical education
  • Develop and implement rigorous and supportive training programs aimed at high-quality, evidence-based medicine
  • Emphasize clinical excellence, diversity of experiences, and viewpoints
  • Prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the program
  • Prepare residents for leadership positions in education programs and health systems
Requirements:
  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
  • Eligibility for a license as a physician in the state of North Carolina
