Role Summary:
As a logistics team member at Floor & Decor, you play a crucial role in our retail operations. Your primary duties will include assembling orders, restocking inventory, and managing merchandise movement, whether on the sales floor or assisting customers with their purchases. Your daily tasks will involve inventory checks, customer interactions, and operating forklifts. Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with heavy machinery, including forklifts, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Completion of forklift certification through Floor & Decor is necessary.
- Where applicable, successful completion of a drug test is required for heavy equipment certification.
Work Environment:
- This role may involve exposure to a warehouse setting and moving vehicles. The noise level is generally quiet to moderate.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to exert 30 to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and bending are required.
