About Pest Control Technician Roles

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough inspections and treatments in various weather conditions, utilizing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly route production efficiently.
  • Serve as a problem solver to identify solutions for customer needs, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Complete accurate service documentation, collect payments, and maintain organized records.
  • Create and follow scheduled routes within assigned territories, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, walking, and crawling for extended periods.
  • One to three years of pest control experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Able to fit into crawlspaces for inspections, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
  • Valid identification and a safe driving record are necessary.
  • Able to pass background and drug screenings, ensuring a trustworthy and reliable workforce.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed, demonstrating a commitment to delivering excellent results.
