  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions based on resource availability and strategic goals.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Networking or Security, including at least two years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams.
  • Expertise in personnel management, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within the Public Sector.
  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Cloud Security, and audit support.
  • Familiarity with business development and managed services.
  • Strong understanding of NIST standards, risk assessment methodologies, and technical knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS & Azure).
