Pharmacist - Anticoagulation Clinic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Bozeman Health. As an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on medication use and administration
- Manage anticoagulation therapy for patients under protocol
- Staff the Pharmacist-Led Centralized Prescription Refill Service and other clinics as needed
- Participate in medication safety and quality initiatives
- Bachelor of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree
- Montana Licensure (Pharmacist) or eligibility to obtain licensure upon hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification within one year of hire
- Experience in ambulatory care pharmacy
- Knowledge of EPIC, Outpatient Pharmacy Software, MPDR, Lexi-Comp, and other required software
