Minimum Requirement: 4 shifts per month
Shifts Available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Facility Locations: Tacoma, Puyallup, Auburn, Olympia, Covington
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ICU RNs to join our team on a Per Diem basis. This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts that fit your schedule, with a minimum requirement of 4 shifts per month. You have the option to work at one preferred location in Tacoma, Puyallup, Auburn, Olympia, or Covington, or float between these locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care.
- Current RN license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to choose your shifts.
- Opportunity to work full-time hours if interested.
