Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23.11, depending on shift and experience.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Mon-Wed, 4 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Mon-Wed, 4 PM - 4:30 AM
1st Shift: Thurs-Sat, 4 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Thurs-Sat, 4 PM - 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of parts, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Execute manufacturing and engineering tests according to established procedures.
- Assist in the design and setup of testing fixtures.
- Ensure safe inspection and testing practices, participating in Hazard Analysis and Risk Control.
- Perform calibration of measurement systems as authorized.
- Document inspection and test results, ensuring stability over time.
- Apply principles of continuous improvement within the manufacturing system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to read and interpret standardized work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in basic math and measurement techniques.
- Capable of operating and maintaining equipment with minimal assistance.
- Must pass background and medical checks in accordance with federal guidelines.
