Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispose of household chemical waste in a responsible and compliant manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Sort and categorize different types of waste materials, ensuring accurate identification and segregation.
  • Participate in the sorting and processing of latex paint for recycling, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping for shipment.
  • Assist in the sorting, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping of electronics for recycling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to inventory management and record-keeping of waste materials, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in waste management or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a variety of weather conditions.
