Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Medical Biller/Collector, you will be responsible for providing expertise in revenue cycle management, specifically in initial billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expertise in revenue cycle management, including initial billing and collections
  • Performing insurance follow-up with commercial or Medicaid/Medicare
  • Researching denial reasons, correcting/rebilling claims for reimbursement
  • Working claims to secure payment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in medical billing and collections
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial and government payer guidelines, EOBs, denials management
  • Prior medical billing software experience, required
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and researching skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan
