Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the success of our retail TI and Ground Up Commercial Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with Owner/Architect/Engineer/Subcontractors, creating and updating project schedules, verifying scopes of work, and coordinating pre-construction meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders
  • Create and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Verify subcontractor scopes of work and project schedules
  • Coordinate weekly progress meetings and updates
  • Maintain accurate project logs and records
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in construction or project management, with excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. You should be able to analyze problems, strategize solutions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Procore Project Manager and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
