We are currently hiring Junior Stylists and Colorists and Beauty School Graduates across our Chicago and Oakbrook locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly graduated beauty professionals or those with less than two years of experience who are eager to immerse themselves in the Charles Ifergan technique and advance their careers. You will graduate with the potential to become one of our high-earning Technicians.

• Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $30.00 per hour.
• Earn between $50,000 and $60,000 within two years as a Junior Stylist or Colorist. After that, the sky's the limit.

Our Charles Ifergan Assistantship Training Program is intensive in technical skills and verbal communication in the department of your choice. You will acquire fabulous technical skills and learn critical communication skills that will allow you to marry your technique with the personal style of your clients.

The program is based on the merit system, with a focus on fast advancement and training tailored to your unique learning needs. You will be evaluated every other month. The faster you learn, the sooner you will graduate.
