Position Summary:

The Digital Programmatic Strategist will be tasked with crafting, implementing, and refining programmatic media strategies aligned with campaign goals and targeting methodologies. This role will also involve collaboration with the wider digital team to identify new opportunities, including partnerships, technological platforms, training, and processes that will advance our digital service offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client campaigns from initiation through activation, including ongoing optimizations and management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and enhance client strategies.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients regarding programmatic and digital strategies.
  • Continuously seek and assess new capabilities and partnerships to evolve the agency's offerings.
  • Facilitate internal and external education on programmatic capabilities.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment and assist colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience with Real-Time Bidding technologies (DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Ad Exchanges, SSPs) is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing comprehensive client campaigns across various formats, including CTV/OTT, OLV, Native, DOOH, High Impact, and Display.
  • Ability to independently research and create tailored strategies to optimize clients' key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve business goals.
  • Proactive approach to monitoring insights and implementing ongoing optimizations during campaign execution to enhance performance.
  • Experience in producing and delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of the digital media and advertising landscape.
  • Experience managing strategic campaigns on platforms like YouTube is a plus.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies, business models, ad products, and industry metrics and policies.
  • Experience in ad trafficking, particularly with platforms like Google Campaign Manager (DCM).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Java is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to think proactively, maintain high productivity levels, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, intelligent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to assist beyond typical job responsibilities to meet client and agency needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
