Job Overview

As a Marketing Strategist at National Flood and Fire Network, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate Positioning: Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Advertising Oversight: Direct all advertising efforts, sponsorships, and public relations initiatives.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate industry partnerships to explore co-branding and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all content creation aligns with our brand vision.
  • Education Coordination: Develop and execute quarterly continuing education courses, acting as a liaison with relevant accreditation bodies.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to gather and analyze client feedback.
  • Marketing Guidance: Provide leadership and direction to the sales team regarding marketing initiatives.
  • Quality Production: Maintain high standards in producing marketing materials from concept to completion.
  • Membership Management: Oversee association memberships and engagement.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the company’s website and social media channels to enhance online visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing within a service-oriented industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficient in utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data, user research, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Event Management: Experience in event management is preferred but not mandatory.
