**Position Details**

Job Title: Passenger Transport Operator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Role Summary:

The Passenger Transport Operator is tasked with the safe and efficient movement of individuals and staff between designated locations within the facility. This role is essential in ensuring that all transportation activities prioritize the safety and well-being of all passengers.

Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial for this role.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute positively to the work environment.
- Welcome passengers, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate with minimal supervision while adhering to the guidance of management.
- Foster excellent customer relations by delivering outstanding service with a positive attitude and readiness to assist.
- Provide daily transport services for passengers to various destinations.
- Complete and submit incident reports as necessary.
- Handle funds responsibly and report any lost items promptly.
- Maintain open communication and build strong relationships with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Remain vigilant and observant of all activities, both authorized and unauthorized.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Must meet specific Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) criteria.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Must have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and understanding the English language.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime during peak periods.
- Openness to feedback and diverse perspectives.
- Demonstrated urgency and timeliness in completing tasks.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift frequently throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
- Ability to communicate effectively through spoken language and receive detailed information through auditory means.
