Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our bakery team As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards of flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure our cafes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bake all of the fresh bread and pastries that our cafes need each day
  • Maintain our high standards of flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
  • Step in and support your manager and team as needed

Requirements

  • Love baking - even if you're a beginner (we provide training)
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
  • Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
  • Likely the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
  • Be committed to food safety
  • Have your own transportation to drive to other locations as needed
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time

About the Role

This is a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) position with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Our bakery is the heart of our cafes, and baking fresh every day is essential to our success. We use the best ingredients and our expertise to create the quality bread and baked goods that our customers love.
