About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Dublin Physical Medicine.

Job Responsibilities
  • Patient Preparation: Prepare charts and notes for patient visits, ensuring accurate information is available for medical staff.
  • Administrative Support: Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures, track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle various office duties.
  • Equipment Management: Set up medical equipment, clean instruments after use, and maintain inventory of medical supplies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Certification: BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.
  • Skillset: Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
