Job Responsibilities:

The Resident Assistant - CNA will encourage, promote, and maintain resident independence on a daily basis. This includes providing direct care related to activities of daily living, such as providing nutritional services and maintaining resident living areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to meet each resident's needs, including assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and restorative nursing.
  • Provide nutritional services and maintain resident living areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Encourage and promote resident independence and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • ND CNA certification

Long-term care or Assisted Living experience is preferred.
