Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our patients' recovery and self-esteem by:
1. Providing therapeutic interventions to optimize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
2. Communicating patient progress and concerns to supervisors and team members; aiding in patient scheduling and managing daily post charges to patient records.
3. Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
4. Educating patients' families or nursing staff on follow-up programs.
5. Ensuring that equipment and workspaces are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition.
6. Adhering to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, relevant professional standards, and applicable state/federal regulations.
7. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program recognized by the Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification criteria.
- Fulfillment of educational and experiential prerequisites for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology as awarded by ASHA.
- At least six months of experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist, particularly with adult and geriatric populations.
- Valid and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
