Head of Sales Performance

Silfab Solar, a leading manufacturer of solar panels, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales Operations to join our team. Located in Toronto, Canada, or Bellingham, Washington, this role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Business Central, Salesforce, and Excel is required.
